Collaboration:
In the future, re-architecture will be the solution for the construction of already consolidated cities, like NYC. The proposal was to design a skyscraper over the Federal Office Building, in Manhattan - NY. At its base, the building is interconnected with the ground and underground transportation networks. From there up, flexible office spaces, thought to improve the worker’s creativity, health, and productivity, overlook New York City. In the upper half are located the Fly Hubs for short-range traveling in the middle while the main one is fully dedicated to long-distance travelling. In between the office spaces and fly hubs, are the green park. Areas envisioned as sky forests, are intended to promote the health of visitors and workers.
