Poulpe Studio presents the transformation of an existing structure into a high-performance hub for Nissan and Chery. This project represents more than a renovation—it is an architectural overhaul designed for Grupo Barigui, where luxury meets industrial efficiency.

The journey begins in the Showroom. We designed a space that breathes, featuring dedicated service islands and administrative suites tailored for a seamless customer experience. It is where retail meets refinement, designed to showcase automotive excellence in its purest form.

Beyond the glass lies the powerhouse: a full-scale Workshop Sector. Engineered for peak performance, the facility integrates:

• Industrial-grade car lifts and advanced oil systems.

• Precision-organized equipment and parts rooms.

• High-capacity staff infrastructure, including dedicated locker rooms and restrooms designed for those who keep the world moving.

Our role was simple yet absolute: total management. From the first sketch to the final brick, our office led the project management, coordination, and execution. In a strategic partnership with Castiel Rosa & Krug, we ensured that every technical requirement of this 12,500 m² project was met with surgical accuracy.
